Do we play video games for money?

This is oversimplifying a business beyond stupidity, but entitled a plain answer.

SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. analyzes software for money, both in per-title-contract and in speculative market research prior-contract.

This means, Yes and No.

It is possible we have a contract to analyze a product in the public market. It is also probable we do not. As an end-user, we have a right to evaluate the product and as a genuine customer, a right to make comment on the use or design from a variety of levels - both as age-related entertainment, and as art, and as technical design in an industry specialization for product use outside of the scope of a reverse-engineering case (proprietary techniques), which is a complex area of business (law and craft).

When a person does not like an unbias review or unpaid sponsor, that does not give them the right to attack the reviewer. That is a crime, in fact.

If we did not pay for the goods, or they were given to us by the manufacturer for review, we would not have the right to issue a review of a product that we did not use. So if someone suspects that a customer is a secret shopper or other form of reporting member of the press, or a Federal Agent or member of Justice, the activity of directing violence or harm to them in order to control the publication of such works is illegal on prima facia, and not a function of some presumption of privacy.

Analysts are asked to review a number of things, and jobs range from food service to business process to security and best practices (ethics and law). They are not necessarily a PUBLIC REVIEW and such information has value to private parties including real estate, investors, and buyers of whole businesses, prior sale or offer. So, attacking a person who is performing a review is like running off a person who has expressed a financial interest in your business for a legal offer, without consideration that the offer is beneficial to the business or people there.

ADAOK projects include other websites, and those have private information for members only, including select information like "What bands play here" and "what kind of music do they usually have on Saturday night". To jump to the conclusion that such data is about DRUG TRAFFICKING as was done JANUARY 13 2024 in following and assault of a music reviewer, and to accuse the talent agent of receiving gratuities for paid service, was not "just a bar fight". It was commercial interference in trade practices by fraud organized with U.S. Mail threats of extortion over $70,000+ and child abuse.

When it went further January 20 2024 in threats to LEGALLY DISABLED STUDENTS and members of the reviewer's church group, that escallated such extortion by SOONERCON members and IX NETWORKS LLC to established child trafficking and blackmail attempts.

So, no - SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. does not "just play video games for money".

Nor can such activity be correlated to suggest income if the company or its agents play, refer, or submit an opinion for directive action or speculative or technical work, as a proof of some claim of equity in future earnings.

This is INTERFERENCE IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE (18 USCA 1951) where SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. has a contract with TWITCH.TV and KICK.COM to produce video content and programming for distribution-on-demand featuring video software entertainment and programming, talent, and labor which pays based on highly unstable audience participation and unregulated content programming. A topic of substantial interest and competitive industry shared by IP-RISC member entities who wish to HIRE a new executive officer community in City of Ada, and such hire is EXCLUSIVE of JAMES ALLEN and reliant on his RECOMMENDATION and REFERRAL of candidates by SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. for proprietary license obligations by that company, owing specific competencies.

In other words, JAMES refers to the client the party, and the BOARD OF DIRECTORS or the shareholders of that company decide if the candidate is fit to make an offer upon formal interview and invitation prior a well defined HIRING PROCESS.

By intimidating potential candidates, ALICIA MCMAHON D/B/A SCARBROUGH DESIGN and other companies (IX NETWORKS LLC) interfer in the hiring process, and do damage commercially this employment process. However, JAMES is the agent in PONTOTOC COUNTY for this process, as the other parties have been aware of the District 22 violence and removed themselves from the region due to ongoing and sustained terrorism activity.

The effort to redevelop office complex space and rennovate commercial use of such space in direct proximity to the City of Ada, is the subject of the 2020-2024 development of such infrastructure and 3 year contract already renewed in the City of Ada for this work; delayed beyond all reasonable cost by 2021 NOV 14 to 2024 ongoing terrorism.

If someone is going to break into a property while talent are producing a live broadcast and shoot the talent, the company cannot hire in that area.

Speculative action therefore is to determine if this is the condition of working in Pontotoc County under these conditions of threat, as confirmed in JANUARY 14 2024 and JANUARY 20th 2024 threats of extortion attempting to impede EMPLOYMENT of persons working for a media company, and to intimidate the public and foster false claims of purpose for such exploration of the labor market in City of Ada and potential safety of clubs and venues for film and television programming. No actual filming on a site without the permission of the venue in written contrct prior is done, and such contracts owe that reasonable safety and community be willing to participate in such national business.

Platforms like TWITCH.TV have had difficulty with PARTNERS who have exploited the public for monetary gain, and this is a major reason that speculative analysis and venture capital in this area is hesitant to work with or consider such content in the future.

Private broadcasting from isolated studio environments and high-speed data facilities in RESIDENTIAL areas, designed to provide persons with structure and an income tied to NATIONAL BROADCASTING are on the table, representing millions of Dollars in investment and advertising in managed service and production capabilities support. This is similar to prior KTEN broadcast studio business in City of Ada, and was thus considered as a viable potential candidate for this prior to assault by EAST CENTRAL UNIVERISTY students in 2010-2013 and 2021-2024 in hate crimes repeatedly.

Drug and narcotics sales using streaming media services in Dallas TX formed a basis for early video platforms, and continue to be a major component of modern streaming featuring drug-abuse content in knowing targeting of minors ages 13 and up.

As a drug-free broadcast company, SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. does not promote this content, and discourages any sale or marketing of products by content developers - citing that such in-channel promotions have a tendency due to national character to violate the laws of one or more States, and distract from the core purpose of the paid content sought and provided in video game and academic and professional hosting.

Video game content, and its re-use as graphical and entertaining products for other content without PRIOR CONSENT, represents a very new area of law - and not every game developer wants their art or media to be used in this manner or associated with products by end-users, providing for very interesting intellectual property conflicts and rights in future services, like BEYOND WAR (the video game).

Innovative user-identity-networks (UIN) like RACCOON TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED licensed platform "SEVEN ALPHA" network, a development and product of SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C., allows for content developers to choose and strongly provide who their audience is, excluding persons under the age of majority so that serious science fiction properties can develop community similar to movies and book media in the 1950s to 1980s.

The vast reduction in media to a target of age 13-17 demographic, along with loss of quality and production and continuity, is the result of television and cell phone video dynamic targeting of children and very-short-attention product; which cannot sustain the prior 1+ hour programming common in film and exclusive now to "serialized seasons" of on-demand made-for-streaming service humor, violence, satire, and anti-establishment propaganda frequently seen on NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO.

Imagine going to watch a film with other adults, whom you do not know, without children in the audience and without content made for children; in a community that is national or even International. This provides for a very valuable and necessary form of venue across multiple avenues and backgrounds, in the same way television and film did for U.S. culture in the 1910-1991 period. This cannot be based on a State ID or other license of government, as it intends to include persons from multiple countries and to protect their identity while engaged in a community event to provide privacy and community, using a trusted third party vendor in a marketplace open to multiple vendors.

Similar services are being experimented with at AMAZON INC., following the SEVEN ALPHA model, and in reverse engineering by other companies in SD-BGP and other slogans to obscure what is a "Fracture" of the obsolete "public Internet" concept of 1996 (RFC 1918), as a result of monopoly practices and claims of NTT/VERIO, EQUINIX, and IANA.ORG abuse to harm the public and promote child trafficking in 2001-2024.

James Allen is developing these systems, and hiring to delegate the responsibilities for these products to organizations responsible for specific areas of scientific work required and industrial production and distribution and franchise management.

SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. and other companies are buyers of these products, licensees, and entitled to protection of their product and franchise from violence to coerce its surrender or forced transfer, misuse, or fraudulent conveyance to a major competitor.

Work in this area goes back to the founding of the company in the 1990s and MP3 codec first-use, and to similar services for graphic multi-user environments known as QLINK and AMERICA ONLINE founding.

The attempt to compel this information or its business plan or other hiring or regional assets in extortion of licensees is theft of trade secrets, a felony in Oklahoma.

Attempt to falsify above, or below, or other claims to defraud or damage market value are also SECURITIES FRAUD in any publication, including hiring or EMPLOYMENT STATUS of persons to interfere with their agency or franchise or licensing rights - a right to work not entitled endorsement by any 3rd party, OK CONST. Saying that James Allen "plays video games for money" is like saying a Mason holds a trowel for money, omitting the craft and the building aspects and other components, to seize the trowel from his hand and ransom it for money in arbitrary interference in the building and planning and construction of a highway or major structure, one tool at a time.

The parallels to Masonic Craft and reason for the formation of the Freemasons against government exploitation and abuse and bondage is not without parallel in this violence and terrorist activity by NATION OF JAPAN and PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA agency in State of Texas and State of Oklahoma to hinder the business of James Allen.

Nor is the effort to collateralize the contract in performance for value to obtain a payment in ransom for family members of James Allen a lawful conveyance of a debt owed in benefits by UNITED STATES for its use of JAMES ALLEN (SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER XXX-XX-XXXX) as a product to falsely overcome the person, trade, and body of the beneficiary of such account, James Allen, in corruption of blood or other right to work (high crimes).

It is therefore absolute stupid to think this behavior in JANUARY 2024 is about the success or performance of a LIQUER LICENSE or FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT (a requirement to receive a tax benefit, owing ordinary right of customer review and paid use) in the context of any paid entry fee or patronage by any person. Either you are running a business or you are not, and if the activity of the business is a front for other illicit activity which owes violence to protect EAST MAIN STREET by sending violent thugs in to harass other older established businesses that are receiving good reviews versus VINTAGE 22 or THE LOT, to compel a customer to stop recommending those places - that is a serious crime.

The last time I ate there, the food was greasy and it gave me the shits, but I suppose it is an acquired taste and no different than Taco Bell - except for the slow service. I think I sat at the bar once, when it was completely empty, and I felt uncomfortable the entire time due to ALICIA MCMAHON mentioning it - but I was hungry and I hoped they could make a pizza for me. Now I eat at Little Ceasars, because the service is faster. And I don't get sick afterward. I have a delicate stomach, and it is the third place on EAST MAIN ST in Ada that I have felt like I had food poisoning after eating at, which is why I no longer buy drinks or soda when visiting friends or eat at food trucks near the college, but these experiences are generally over a year ago - the experience was so traumatic to me, and I missed too much work due to the food to risk it again. I'm sure other people are not as affected, as I see the same white cars parked outside those places regularly; but since I don't want to be abused for my skin color I do not go into those places as often as other venues and fast food in Ada. The issue was not even raised until I was assaulted JANUARY 13 2024, and the claims made to me about homosexuality were clearly more about the CHICKASAW color of my skin than anything to do with my usual dinner companion. Her Chinese heritage is equally not the subject of such claims, unless it is about her PRC Citizenship or the Jewish girls I used to spend time with at ECU, who spoke up when I was falsely accused of assault by a red headed woman I met watching Bram Stoker's Dracula on campus. Since she was hosting the screening, and I was the only one who attended, I can construe that calling me a 'vampire' for refusing to boink her and then accusing me of imaginary sexual assault after she played reverse cowboy wrecking my bed was narrowly avoided by my checking myself into the girls dorms at the behest of two ladies during the time of her alleged claim - the perfect alibi. How this became a 24 year pattern of violence and stalking thanks to another redheaded reserve police officer's daughter - accusing me of every crime in the book; just makes EAST CENTRAL UNIVERSITY a dangerous place for a single man to go or live nearby. I want nothing to do with ECU now, because of this abuse and defamation, and would burn my degree if it would do away with everything that ECU has done since 1994 and its employees continue to do in abuse of my person and character. I don't even go to football or sporting events because of this ongoing community defamation. If it has now followed me into other businesses then the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION needs to rethink its activity in the ADA ARTS COUNCIL and businesses near ECU, and consider that it is commercially competing with the community in a criminal manner including tampering with parental rights to conceal sexual assault and sexual harassment on campus over 30 years against alumni.

At some point students need to leave people alone and stop these bizarre fantasies - or at least leave them out of the WORKPLACE and other people's private meals. Because Ms. McMahon is an ECU employee now, we hold EAST CENTRAL UNIVERSITY liable for this action as conduct to harass alumni and aggravate sexual assault. I last saw Alicia McMahon at THE LOT, and prior at VINTAGE 22 NOV 13 2021 before this violence began, other than at Walmart Store #231. After seeing her, she followed Witness Kyle Hibbs during his shopping trip for four isles, unsettling the disabled client so much that he called me for help and to report the issue; feeling this was harassment while he was trying to get his DIABETIC MEAL supplies. I do not always help Mr. Hibbs with his shopping, due to his serious arm injury and multiple surgeries, but frequently provide transportation to satisfy his DIAGNOSED DIABETIC MEAL needs and difficulty walking due to this condition, and total kidney failure arising from injury in the 2017 theft of my car and its recovery - aggravating his spinal injury and genetic kidney disease. Effort to harass him with sexual defamation while he is being assisted due to injury arising from assault by Walmart employees prior, documented by CORPORATE formal complaint in physical abuse and pinning him to a wall over a receipt check without cause, entitle him to privacy at these necessary and frequent events at the store closest to his hospice care. Mr. Hibbs is a client of RACCOON TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED, a specialist in his area prior disability, and holder of privileges in JAGEX products owing special interest in properties of industry activity which make his community input for special products and services (TEAMSPEAK ATHP) geared toward the disabled community of substantial commercial value to SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. and its contract with TeamSpeak GmbH of Republic of Germany.

Misrepresentation of this as a sexual relationship due to hospice care is criminal medical fraud, and a felony in any such claim or representation publicly or privately. Mr. Hibbs has witnessed attempted daylight burglary of Country Club Offices on May 20 2020, and witness accounts of persons fleeing the scene in City of Ada, Pontotoc County, which were omitted from prior reports to cause substantial commercial fraud against SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. in NOVEMBER 2021 and in extortion in 2022-2024 video distribution by DONALD J. BEAL, Director of IX NETWORKS LLC in extortion activity.
