On June 13th 2022, it was reported that the abuser has created false profile of a DEEP LAYER INC. shareholder to blackmail and extort; and has portrayed such person as married to a PONTOTOC COUNTY resident whose identity was used in April and May to deliver extortion threats obtained by DONALD JONATHON BEAL of DALLAS TEXAS; published to allege sexual assault of that DEEP LAYER INC. officer to threaten and coerce the surrender of attorney representation and claims in case FR-18-04 and interfere with a jury trial obligated in that case. Transmission of such information to defraud to 3 persons documented by report as customers of the DEFENDANT and DEEP LAYER INC. are evident commercial fraud, identity theft, and assault to damage the religious and legal right to marry of such person, with grave bodily harm and of a sexual nature, resulting in serious bodily harm so described in 18 U.S. Code section 249 "Hate Crime" legislation.

The public should be aware such identity theft involves a child concealment, child abuse, and sexual assault threats incorporting WALMART STORE #0231 in CITY OF ADA, OKLAHOMA; and loss of employment to persons at that store arising form such prior threats in 2013 and 2015; and employing threats of murder using GOOGLE LLC services and YAHOO INC. account services.

The public is urged to report such findings, claims, and reports to the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION, as letters produced to CITY OF ADA attorney Frank Stout allege the party is a State of Texas resident and DALLAS COUNTY resident, in contact by SERVICE OF LEGAL PROCESS filed upon the City in fraud to extort; and use of such content to carry out the extortion then April 4, 6, 8, 16th, and May 13th in concert with demands for over $50,000 USD to damage business in the City of Ada and State of Oklahoma for PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA and NATION OF JAPAN commercial firms themed public enemies and comeptitors of the targeted persons and businesses in City of Ada.

Evidence indicates mass transmission from compromised LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS client "DIGITAL OCEAN" in Dallas, Texas and San Jose California and Singapore and Ann Arbor Michigan, are consistent with prior NTT-VERIO and COGENT COMMUNICATIONS router abuse granted to the party to extort on server "atlas", "patriot", "titan", "harpoon", and "saturn". These servers and inter-corporation coordinated abuse appear to be an illegal XXIII-1A Constitutional Law violation evident in letters threatening and private investigation by RACCOON TECHOLOGIES INCORPORATED in 2012 and 2022.
