2nd Animal Dies Due Fraud

October 8th 2022 at approximately 9:32 am, the company mascot of RACCOON TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED passed away after 4 days of progressive paralysis with symptoms of stroke. Care was interfered with by 2323 Bryan St contractor threats of barratry, to extort, and a male suspect late 50s appearing at 8:42 pm CDT on the property prior extortion letters sent to family members demanding they sell equity in the company and break a civil contract or be subject civil litigation against their property.

Barratry is the threat of legal action without specific civil cause of action, enjoined direction or instruction to act contrary the financial will of a person with their assets or property to satisfy the party making the demands. Barratry is a crime, per 21 O.S. section 21-551. A complaint has been filed October 7th 2022.

The animal, known by her English name which meant "Honor", slept by the owner's right side since being found during a package search for MACROMEDIA CORPORATION software on back-order during a particularly cold day. She was Charlycle Ann Klepper's companion, friend, and very affectionate. Any glass of any drink would always draw her attention after stealing from Dr. Klepper's cup when she was young, and this habit one of the foremost reasons alcohol was not served at the RTI office or permitted for 14 years.

Quality of care was impacted by the abuse done October 4th to 8th 2022 in threats and harassment. Her injury and 24/7 support prevented full report of the impact of such fraud, and will be followed up with legal action based on the timing of such abuse preceeding the October 7th 2022 launch of 407 counts of TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT documented in new sales by competitors to dilute and harm the U.S. Company.

Medical costs exceed $400 USD, and are part of prior 2002 animal abuse at 722 S Haskelle Avenue related assault at gunpoint with injury to a person and neglect of animals who died prior this year and in 2008 by employees of the Texas firm located there admitted in fraud before members of the Board of Directors of Raccoon Technologies Incorporated, to extort.

This pattern of animal cruelty is why DIGITAL REALTY TRUST INC., COGENT COMMUNICATIONS, EQUINIX, TEK SYSTEMS, TERRABOX, and other companies at 2323 Bryan St and 722 S Haskelle Avenue in Dallas, Texas are prohibited access to the property and subject criminal trespass if contacting our employees, family members, or entering such property after business hours which are 8am to 5pm CDT excluding Federal Holidays and a STATE LAW OBLIGATION incorporated with duties of a REGISTERED AGENT OFFICE of a UNITED STATES CORPORATION.

Harassment of personnel on site to injure, abuse, follow, photograph from locations closer than the sidewalk or street, or other activity to engage in surveillance on private property, are crimes in the State of Oklahoma.

Threats against the welfare of animals at the property evident on TWITCH INTERACTIVE INC. over 2017-2022 contact by the parties engaged in these threats are the basis for increased security and privacy rules; and recent decisions to exclude PONTOTOC COUNTY from further consideration for development by RACCOON TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED based on lack of prosecution in a pattern of Interstate Commerce threats violating Federal Law.

Final cause of death was neurological paralysis of the upper thorax causing respiratory arrest. Recessitation efforts were unsuccessful. She died in my arms, having been diagnosed and risk assessed Thursday and Friday afternoon of such prognosis, and no medical recourse available under DVM direction to restore her injury occuring Oct 4 2022 when symptoms first presented. She was adopted in 2004, and is survived by her sibling, the SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. mascot "Shadow", who survived an attack in 2020 August with permanent injury. We were optimistic "Honor" would recover, but her injury was too severe and in a different part of the brain. "Shadow" was unable to walk for 3 months, during which time I slept on the floor of the office with her and was her legs until she learned to use them again. She is still impaired as of 2022, but able to run and climb again only this Summer 2022, and suffered loss of use of one eye.

Such cruelty, and ignorance, to abuse animals and then attempt to leverage their suffering, is why we hate the conduct of the competitors engaged in this behavior.

Her partner, Kitten, died August 8th 2022 after illness since July 15 2022 requiring similar constant care and all possible effort to recover. The stress of which led her sister "Shadow" to throw up blood at that time and leave us on guard for her death. The sudden death of "Honor" - then - caught everyone by surprise as she was in good spirits prior October 4 2022 and very active and playful, aware, and the healthiest of all our indoor-only mascots.

The Server Cats help patients recovering at the location compassion and caregiving, empathy, and a duty of concern which carry over in dealing with our human customers. They are the Zen Garden of our core office, and encourage higher levels of maintenance than most large-scale data centers and industrial facilities - and a higher awareness of surroundings and impact of any action. "Kitten" was 20 years of age. "Honor" was 18 years of age. They will be missed terribly, and we only hope that they will be a comfort to Dr. Ann Klepper after her death March 2nd 2022, who knew them well.
