Membership in the E-Sports or RPG or other groups active in the community require in-person identification and state ID verification, issuance of an X.509 certificate, and terms and conditions agreement for the community to be filed with the group in physical or digital signature on file.

Breach of the terms and conditions may result in the removal of the issued X.509 certificate or other access credentials, or warning or other penalty specified which is consistent with a temporary suspension or ban, final notice, or permanent ban based on severity of offense. All such penalties are subject review. During such review access will remain suspended, until conclusion of review and a decision formally filed.

Membership is restricted to Oklahoma residents at this time.
